I think that our $500 Flat Fee Listings are packed with value in that we provide personal service, deliver a yard sign and lock box and take digital photos. These guys are only in a small part of the country, but I'm not sure anyone will be able to afford to provide free MLS listings for long. There are definitely costs involved that will need to be recovered through other business, advertising revenue or business losses ...
