The last three days have been great! No television - and I seem to be getting more done.
Have also been to the gym for 7 of the past 8 days. I kind of have a strange goal for my work at the gym in the next few months. I want to gain about 20 pounds while losing bodyfat. My goal is to be 200 lbs with 10% bodyfat. I started out at 180 and have already gained (at least) a couple of pounds - that won't be the hard part. Getting down to 10% bodyfat will take some real discipline that I have never had before .... According to my scale at home, I am currently 14.7%
My goals of reading and writing more this year are taking shape. I'm blogging quite a bit more on a number of blogs and have a couple of books going at the same time. I'm currently reading a book called "Realty Blogging" by Richard Nacht and Paul Chaney from Blogging Systems. It's a very informative read and I will be writing more of a review for Eastside Business when I am done.
