The following quote was included in today's International Council of Shopping Centers Smartbrief e-newsletter:

It struck me how true this is. After being attacked by the Realtors as a member of the evil "media" (despite also being a Realtor myself), I'm thinking about taking a vacation - and canceling my memberships to the Realtor organizations.

Sonics Choke Again, Now at 0-6, How Long Can PJ Last?

As I predicted on opening day, the Sonics have been in some exciting games - and have a losing record. Even I did not think they would go 0-6, but since they play the Pistons on Sunday, I have to think they will be 0-7.

The announcers are saying that they just came up short, but realistically it really came down to poor coaching. PJ says there is future rotation changes coming, but how long can he continue to start Earl Watson (Watson was badly used by the Jazz in the first half). How long can PJ last? I was glad when Sam Presti was hired as GM, but his Spurs loyalties can only go so far....

The good news is that Durant, Green and Delonte West all look like they will have really good seasons. Too bad they don't have a big man to help them out.
