OK - Since the Hironakas left for Las Vegas, I have been diligently thinking about the weight I gained while they were here. Today I decided to do something crazy ... I've set a goal to do 500 crunches each day for 30 days. Not really sure why, but hope that in making this goal, it will help me do more cardio as well.
This is going to be hard to do ... I'm only at 300 today and I've been at it all afternoon ...
